Bylaws
These Bylaws (referred to as the "Bylaws") govern the affairs of the Northeast Texas Regional Advisory Committee, a nonprofit corporation (referred to as the "Corporation") organized under the Texas Nonprofit Corporation Act (referred to as the "Act"), except as they may conflict with the provision of the Articles of Incorporation in which event the terms of the Articles of Incorporation shall control.
