Mr. Dave Dutton, EMT-P, EMS Committee Representative Dave's EMS career began in 1991 with St. Michael EMS as an EMT and station manager while completing the Paramedic Program at Texarkana College. He transitioned to LifeNet at its inception in 1993 and has served in multiple roles there ever since. Over the those roles included Ground Paramedic, Flight Paramedic, System Status Comptroller, Field Training Officer and Ground Operations Manager. Dave was promoted to his current position as the Communications Manager for LifeNet's Texarkana Division in 2005. He is a NREMT Paramedic, NAED EMD-Q and graduate of NAED Communication Center Manger Course. Dave resides in Texarkana, Arkansas with his wife, Netra. |

Mr. Ricky Draper, At-Large Member Ricky is the Assistant Fire Chief for Atlanta Fire/EMS. He has been in the Fire Service for 27 years and a paramedic for 20 years. Ricky has been involved with the RAC since the early 90's. He is currently a Paramedic, Firefighter Master, Fire Inspector, Fire Instructor, and Chairman of the local Firefighters Pension Board. He resides in Linden and is married to Karen with three grown children and four grand children. |

Mrs. Bertha Evans, RN, - Nurse Representative Bertha has been employed at GSMC since 2002 ,worked in Longview as SICU nurse for 5 years, in 2007 transferred to GSMC-Linden as Emergency Room Nurse. In 2008 became Trauma Nurse Coordinator and currently in this position. She is a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church, and is married with 3 children. |

Mr. Keith Kelley, RN - Hospital Representative Keith has been a Registered Nurse for nine years. He has served as the Trauma Coordinator for two years. Keith is currently employed by Hopkins County Memorial Hospital as Trauma Coordinator and Emergency Management Coordinator for the hospital. Keith resides in Pittsburg Texas with his two sons, Kameron and Noah.

Mrs. Mary Beth Rudel- ATCOG Response Partner Representative Mary Beth Rudel has been an employee of the Ark-Tex Council of Governments (ATCOG) for 3 years, and is currently the Homeland Security Program Manager. The Ark-Tex Council of Governments region includes nine counties -- Bowie, Delta, Cass, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red River, and Titus. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Texas A&M University. Ms. Rudel is married and resides on a cattle ranch in Atlanta, Texas.
