Northeast Texas Regional Advisory Council. (NETRAC).

NETRAC represents Trauma Service Area F (TSA-F), as designated by the Texas Department of Health (TDH). TSA-F includes the following counties:

Bowie County, Texas

Cass County, Texas

Delta County, Texas

Hopkins County, Texas

Lamar County, Texas

Little River County, Arkansas

Miller County, Arkansas

McCurtain County, Oklahoma

Morris County, Texas

Titus County, Texas

Red River County, Texas

MISSION STATEMENT

Provide a comprehensive continuum of quality haleth care for all victoms of trauma in TSA-F without regard to age, race, sex, color, national,origin, disability, relegion, or ability to pay. Provide trauma prevention activities and education to professionals and the public within TSA-F.
